1. Who We Are and What This Notice Covers
Al Safeer Market is the trading name of The Al Safeer Market Limited, a company registered in Pakistan under Company Registration Number 0269796. Our registered address is Mohalla Bismillah Block, Dogech Town, Lahore Cantt, Lahore, Punjab, 54000, Pakistan.
This notice sets out the terms for using our website, viewing its content, and buying from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please don't use the site.
We operate under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, and the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005. Nothing in this notice takes away rights you hold under those laws.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Younger shoppers are welcome to browse, but a parent or guardian needs to buy on their behalf.
2. Beauty and Cosmetic Products
Shades and colours. Phone and monitor screens display colour differently, so a lipstick, foundation or nail polish may look a little different when it arrives. We photograph products as accurately as we can, but we can't promise an exact match to what your screen shows. If shade matters to you, contact our support team before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Patch test first. Skin reacts differently from person to person. Before using any skincare or cosmetic product for the first time, test a small amount on a discreet patch of skin, such as the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours. Stop using the product and see a doctor if you notice redness, itching, swelling or burning. Always read the ingredient list, especially if you have known allergies, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment.
Broken seals and returns. Cosmetic and personal care products are sensitive to hygiene. If the safety seal, shrink wrap or tamper-proof cap on an item has been broken, opened or removed, we cannot accept it back. This applies to creams, serums, lipsticks, mascaras, perfumes, and similar items. The only exception is a product that reached you damaged, defective or incorrect. Report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Authenticity. We sell genuine products sourced from authorised suppliers. If you have reason to doubt the authenticity of something you received, write to us with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
3. Pricing, Orders and Cash on Delivery
Prices. All prices on the site are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, where they apply, are displayed at checkout before you confirm. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have already paid.
Order confirmation. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a finished contract. A contract forms when we confirm your order by SMS, call, WhatsApp or email. We may ask you to confirm details before dispatch, particularly on first orders, high-value orders, or orders with unusual patterns. These checks help us catch fake orders and payment fraud, and they protect genuine customers too. If we can't reach you or can't verify the order, we may cancel it.
Cash on Delivery. COD is available in most areas of Pakistan. Pay the exact amount to the courier at your door. Please have the cash ready, since couriers often can't carry change. We may limit COD on certain products, locations or order values, or ask for advance payment instead.
Refused deliveries and address problems. Give us a complete, correct address and a phone number that works. If a courier can't find the address, or no one is available to receive the parcel after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, such as the parcel arriving damaged or wrong, we may charge the forward and return shipping costs on future orders. Repeated refusals can lead us to stop offering COD on your account. Where the delivery address doesn't match the details on the order, we reserve the right to hold the parcel until we've confirmed things with you.
4. Intellectual Property
Everything on this website belongs to The Al Safeer Market Limited or is used with permission. That covers the text, graphics, logos, layouts, product descriptions, and product photography, as well as the Al Safeer Market name and brand marks. They are protected under the Copyright Ordinance 1962, the Trade Marks Ordinance 2001, and related laws of Pakistan.
You may view the site and print a page for personal use. Copying, reposting, reselling, scraping or altering our content for any other purpose needs our written permission. Brand names and logos of the products we stock belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here doesn't imply any partnership unless we say so.
5. Limits on Our Liability and External Links
We work to keep the site running and the information on it accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, network problems and events outside our control can interrupt access.
To the extent the law allows, The Al Safeer Market Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for it. None of this excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for harm caused by a defective product under consumer protection law.
Our site may link to social media pages, courier tracking pages or other outside websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices or security. Visiting them is your decision, and their own terms apply.
Please don't misuse the site. Attempting to hack it, disrupt it, or submit false information may violate the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and we may report such activity to the relevant authorities.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This notice and any dispute connected with it are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, Punjab, have exclusive jurisdiction. We'd rather sort out problems directly first, so please contact us before starting any formal process and we'll do our best to resolve the matter.
